To enroll you and submit removal requests: full name, email address(es), phone number(s), home address(es), and known aliases. A free exposure scan does not persist your query PII — only a paid enrollment stores it.
We disclose the minimum identifying information necessary directly to the specific data broker (or the California Privacy Protection Agency's DROP platform) named in each individual removal request — solely to prove you are the person whose data is being removed. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with brokers for any purpose other than submitting your own removal request.
We retain your enrollment data for as long as your subscription is active, to support the 45-day re-scan cycle. If you cancel, email support@eliteaiempire.com to request deletion of your stored enrollment data.
