These Terms of Service govern your use of Scrubline (the "Service"), operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Scrubline finds data brokers exposing your personal information, submits removal/opt-out requests on your behalf, tracks each request to confirmation, and re-scans on a recurring schedule. The free scan shows public listing links; it does not remove anything or enroll you.
By subscribing, you authorize Elite AI Holdings LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions") to act as your authorized agent to submit deletion/opt-out requests to data brokers on your behalf, including under CCPA/CPRA §1798.135(c), GDPR Article 17, and the California Delete Act (DROP).
Individual and Family removal are the only planned paid tiers; both are currently paused (the removal engine stages opt-out requests but does not submit them live). See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms once they relaunch.
We submit removal requests in good faith but cannot guarantee any specific broker will honor a request, or that your information will never reappear from a new or re-scraped source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions")'s total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
