How to remove yourself from LexisNexis Risk

1. Go to LexisNexis Risk's own opt-out page: https://optout.lexisnexis.com/.
2. Have these ready: full_name, address, ssn_last4, email.
3. Submit the form via the on-page form.
4. Be ready to upload a photo ID if LexisNexis Risk asks for one (standard CCPA identity-verification step).

If the form fails, email privacy.information.mgr@lexisnexis.com and cite CCPA/CPRA §1798.135(c) (or GDPR Article 17 if outside the US).
